Ranjana Management Group

Our office is located at No. 363 on the ground floor in Rajpur Khurd. It is a very plain setup, just a couple of rooms with some basic office furniture. We call ourselves Ranjana Management Group, but it is really just a small team of us working here. We handle a lot of management and staffing tasks, which means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. There are a few filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full, and the desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens. We don’t have a fancy corporate lobby or a sign that lights up. It is just a regular door on the ground floor. Rajpur Khurd is a place that is always busy, so there is a lot of movement outside our window. We take our work seriously, but we don't use a lot of big business words. We just try to help people find work and help companies manage their staff better. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, and other days it is a bit slower. We don’t have a polished About Us page or a big marketing budget. We are just real people in a real office doing what we can to keep things organized for our clients. It is simple, everyday work that involves a lot of phone calls and typing. We like the fact that people can just drop in and talk to us.
