Shree Placement

Our small office is over at E-59 in Pandav Nagar. Shree Placement has been here for quite some time, and we have become a familiar spot for people in the neighborhood who are looking for a new job. The office is not very big, and it is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and people chatting about their work history. We keep things very simple here. We have a board where we pin up new job openings, and we have folders full of people’s details. Pandav Nagar is a residential area, so we get a lot of locals walking in just to see what is available. We don't use any fancy software to match people with jobs; we mostly just rely on what we know about the businesses we work with. It is a lot of listening and trying to understand what someone is actually looking for in a job. We handle all sorts of roles, from shop assistants to office clerks. The desk is always covered in pens and notebooks because we are always taking down notes during interviews. We don’t have a big corporate logo or a fancy entrance. It is just a plain door at E-59 where anyone can come in for a chat. We just focus on doing the work and helping our neighbors find a way to earn a living. It can be a slow process sometimes, but we stay at it every day because we know how important it is.
