Wns Global Services

We are based out of Tilak Nagar, specifically at A 49 in Sham Nagar. It is a busy part of Delhi, and our office reflects that energy most days. Wns Global Services is a big name, but here in this local branch, it feels much more like a regular workplace. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps bigger operations running smoothly. Data entry, customer support, and all those types of tasks that require a lot of patience. The building is not anything special to look at, but it is where we spend our eight or nine hours every day. The 110 018 area is always buzzing with people and traffic, so getting to work can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside, it is mostly just rows of desks and people on headsets or typing away. We do not really do the whole corporate culture thing with team-building retreats or fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work assigned to us, and go home. There is a lot of focus on hitting the numbers and making sure we do not make mistakes. It can be repetitive, sure, but it is honest work. We have got a mix of young folks and some who have been here since the start. Everyone just does their part to make sure the clients are satisfied with the data we provide. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just try to stay on top of the pile.
