We are over here in Karol Bagh, tucked away in Gali Number 3. The address is E-16/914 if you are looking for the exact spot. It is just a regular office where we handle career consulting stuff all day long. Most mornings start with checking emails and seeing who is looking for work or who needs some guidance on their next step. It gets pretty busy around here because Karol Bagh is always moving. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk through their options. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we try to get things sorted for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just focusing on the paperwork and the conversations that come with helping people find their way. There is a lot of back and forth with different companies and candidates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes on a screen. It is straightforward work, really. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. Just the daily routine of keeping the files organized and making sure we do not miss any messages.
