Wish4Jobs

Wish4Jobs is located over at C4F in Janak Puri, New Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We started this thing because we saw how hard it was for people to find decent work nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some workstations and a lot of paper everywhere. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us, the staff, sitting here and trying to match people with the right opportunities. We spend a lot of time on the phone, and sometimes the lines get crossed or the connection drops, but we just call back. Janak Puri has a lot of energy, and we try to bring that into the office every day. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are more like a small family business where everyone does a bit of everything. If the printer jams, we fix it ourselves. If someone is having a bad day, we get them a tea. We don't use those big words like "synergy" or "optimization." We just talk like regular people and try to get things done. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes we feel pretty tired by Friday, but then Monday rolls around and we’re back at it at C4F. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on going anywhere else.
