Wipro Bpo is over in Patparganj, at Flat No:25, Engineers Estate, Ip Extn. This part of Delhi-92 is usually pretty busy, but the estate itself is a bit more settled. We operate out of a flat here, which gives the workspace a bit of a different vibe compared to those massive office parks. It’s a lot of people sitting at desks with headsets on, talking to folks from all over. The atmosphere is usually a mix of focused silence and constant murmuring. We have our break times where everyone piles into the small kitchen or heads outside for a bit of fresh air. It’s a 24-hour kind of world in a BPO, so someone is always there, even in the middle of the night. The Engineers Estate is a decent place to be based. We’ve got our routine down—checking the logs, answering calls, and making sure the systems are running. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just about being there and helping people out when they have a problem. The office isn't fancy; it’s just a place with enough computers and chairs for everyone to do their shift. Patparganj has been our home for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Ip Extn. It’s a steady job, and we just try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can every day.
