Vortex Manpower Consultants is our small business located at Be-136 in Hari Nagar. If you’re around West Delhi, you might know the area. We’re in the recruitment game, helping people find jobs and helping companies find workers. It’s a lot of face-to-face meetings here in the office. We have some chairs for interviews and a desk for the paperwork. Hari Nagar is a lively place, and being based here means we see a lot of different people every day. We aren't a massive corporation with a fancy lobby. It’s just a regular building where we do our work. We take notes, we listen to what people are looking for, and we try to match them up. Some days are slow, and other days the door never stops opening. We’ve been at Be-136 for a while now, so the locals know where to find us. We don't do much advertising ourselves; we just focus on the people who walk through that door. It’s about being helpful and getting the job done without too much fuss. New Delhi is a big city, and we’re happy to be doing our bit here in Hari Nagar. The office stays a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep our files clean. My nephew helps out with the computer stuff sometimes. We just want to make sure people find a way to earn a decent living. It's simple as that.
