If you head down towards the Badarpur Border, you will find us at Vinayak Consultants. This part of New Delhi is always moving, mostly because of all the trucks and people crossing between the city and the outskirts. It’s a bit dusty around here and the noise from the main road never really stops. We are right there where all the action is. Our office is a practical space. We don’t have fancy furniture or expensive paintings on the walls. It is just a place where we sit and work on consulting stuff throughout the day. People come to us from all over the area. Some are locals from the border colonies, and others travel a bit further. We keep the doors open and try to stay on top of the tasks we have. The power goes out sometimes, like it does in many parts of the city, but we just wait it out or use the backup. Working at Badarpur Border means you get used to the chaos. It’s not like those quiet offices in the center of town. It feels more real here. We have a couple of fans running all day to keep the air moving. You can usually find a spot to park nearby if you are lucky, but it’s better to just take the metro and walk a bit. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now and we don't plan on moving anywhere else. We like the energy of this place.
