VHS BPO Services

Our place is Shop No 19 in the Citi Centre Market over in Ramprastha. It is a BPO setup, so things stay pretty lively here most of the time. You can hear the phones ringing and people talking pretty much from the moment we open up. VHS BPO Services isn't some giant call center in a glass building; we are right here in the local market where things are a bit more grounded. The space is filled with desks and headsets, and there is always someone typing away or explaining something to a customer on the line. We have our routines, like grabbing snacks from the nearby stalls when we get a break. The market has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of it. We do not spend time on fancy decorations or anything. We just focus on handling the calls and making sure the service side of things does not fall behind. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We have been in this spot for a while, so the regulars in the market know us. Working in a BPO means the clock is always running, but we try to keep it relaxed inside the office. It is just honest work, dealing with people’s questions and trying to solve whatever comes up on the other end of the phone. That is basically our day at the shop in Ramprastha.
