VHS BPO Services

VHS BPO Services is located at Bhikaji Cama Place 326. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how busy it gets with all the office buildings and people rushing around. Our office is on the third floor, and it’s usually full of the sound of people talking on their headsets. It’s a typical BPO setup with rows of computers and a lot of wires everywhere. We work in shifts, so the office never really feels empty. Even late at night, there are lights on at 326. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly answering questions or helping people over the phone. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so the fans are always going. We aren’t some big faceless company; we are just a team of folks trying to stay on top of the call volume. Sometimes the internet acts up and everyone gets a bit stressed, but we manage. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the little food stalls downstairs in Bhikaji Cama Place. It's a good spot to be because everything is close by. We’ve been running things from this location for a while now. The space is a bit cramped with all the equipment, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a straightforward business, nothing more and nothing less.
