You can find Vantage Placements at G-185 in Preet Vihar. It’s an easy spot to get to if you’re using the Delhi metro, just a short walk from the station. We’ve been operating from this building for several years now. The office is pretty basic, just a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or responding to emails about job openings. Preet Vihar is a busy area with a lot of shops and traffic, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is usually a bit noisy with everyone talking at once. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see me or one of the others at our desks. We have stacks of files that we keep meaning to organize better, but more work always keeps coming in. The walls are painted a plain off-white, and the furniture is just standard stuff from the local market. It’s a practical place for a recruitment business. We focus on getting the work done rather than making the office look like a showroom. Most days are long, and we go through a lot of tea while we try to match folks with the right companies. It’s just us doing our thing in East Delhi. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk to clear our heads.
