Vakil Realties

Vakil Realties is based out of Chattarpur, specifically over at House No 749 in Gail No D 16. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a mix of narrow lanes and tall buildings. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and land. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. Sometimes we’re out on the street showing a property, and other times we’re just sitting in the office drinking tea and waiting for someone to drop by. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, which makes the field work a bit of a struggle. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New shops open up, old ones close, and there's always construction noise somewhere nearby. We try to keep track of who is selling what and who wants to move where. It’s mostly just keeping records straight and making sure people find what they’re looking for without too much trouble. We don't have any big posters or bright lights outside. It's just a regular place where we do our work every day. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a steady one that stays busy. If the traffic is bad on the main road, it takes forever to get anywhere, but that's just life in this part of Delhi.
