We’re located in Nehru Place at the DDA Mini Market, specifically shops 35 and 36. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and people coming in with envelopes and parcels. We’ve been here in the market for a good while, and our space is pretty much filled with boxes and sorting bins. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with all the activity outside in Nehru Place, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of local and out-of-town deliveries. Most of the day is spent weighing things, writing out slips, and making sure the bags are ready for the transport trucks. The office is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as we can in there. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big waiting room. There’s just a counter where you can drop off your stuff and get your receipt. If you have a package that needs to go somewhere, you just bring it in and we’ll deal with the logistics. It’s basic, honest work. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just take your parcels and send them on their way. That’s really all there is to it at the end of the day. Working out of Nehru Place means we are always in the middle of everything, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down, count the boxes, and make sure the labels are stuck on tight so nothing gets lost.
