Our place is located in Paschim Vihar, specifically in the Satyam Tower Commercial Complex at G 24. It’s a busy building with a lot of other offices around us, so there’s always something going on. We handle a lot of different parcels and cargo shipments every day. It’s mostly just us keeping track of tracking numbers and making sure boxes are packed right before they go out. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need. Sometimes things get a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in, but we clear it out pretty fast. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, so we know the regulars who come in from the surrounding blocks. It’s basically just a desk and some shelving for the stuff waiting to be picked up. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical setup for getting work done. Most days are spent answering the phone and checking in packages at the front counter. If you are looking for Satyam Tower, we are on the ground floor. It's easier than going up the stairs with a heavy box. We try to keep things simple here without any complicated processes. It's just how we run things in this part of town. You get used to the Satyam Tower lunch rush and the way the elevators can be slow sometimes. We just stay in our G 24 space and keep the boxes moving.
