Vakancy Voyage

Vakancy Voyage is based in Pitampura, specifically at JD-17A in the Crystal Apartments. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are in an apartment building, which makes the whole place feel a lot more like a home than a stiff office. Being in Delhi-110 088, we get a lot of people coming by from the local area. We spend our time looking through job openings and talking to people who are looking for a new start. The name sounds a bit like a travel agency, but we are really just about finding work for people. The office has some comfortable chairs and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, which is a nice break from the noise of the Pitampura streets. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what their skills are. Sometimes we spend all day on the computer and other days we are just talking to people. The light in Crystal Apartments is quite good, and it’s a nice place to spend the day. We aren't a huge agency, just a small group of people trying to help other people find a way to earn a living. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful. Even when things get busy, we try to make sure everyone who visits feels like they were heard.
