Our office is over in South Ex 1, specifically at E 13. We always tell people we’re near Bangali Sweets because everyone knows where that is, and it makes finding us much easier. We work on finding people for jobs, so our day is mostly spent talking on the phone or reading through piles of resumes that come in. It’s a small office with a couple of cabins for when we need to have a private conversation with someone. The main area is where the rest of us sit at our desks. It’s not a very fancy place, just some basic furniture and a lot of folders. South Ex is a busy area, so there’s always noise and people moving around outside. We go through a lot of tea while we’re working. Sometimes we have a lot of candidates waiting at the same time and the office feels a bit small, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and have a steady routine. We don't use any high-tech systems to do the work; it’s mostly just us using our heads and keeping track of things on paper or basic spreadsheets. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we head home. We just try to stay organized and get through the list of things to do each day. We aren't trying to be anything other than a small, local recruitment team.
