V Lease Management Services

Our office is tucked away in Neb Sarai, specifically over at B-170/1 on the first floor near Gate No 3. V Lease Management Services is where we handle all the leasing and management tasks that come our way. It’s not a huge operation, just a local spot where we handle things day by day. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come to visit. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit, and we know the local shops and the people around here. The work involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of different properties and agreements. It’s mostly phone calls and paperwork, to be honest. We aren't trying to be some big multinational corporation; we're just a local service trying to keep things moving for our clients. The office can get a bit cluttered with folders and maps, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the traffic near Gate No 3 gets backed up, but that’s just life in Delhi. We spend our afternoons drinking tea and going through lease documents while the sun comes through the window. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just come in, do the management work, and go home. It’s a decent place to work, and we like being part of the Neb Sarai community. It stays busy enough for us.
