Our workshop is situated at F 89/11 in the Govindpuri area of Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1. This part of Delhi is always full of trucks and the sounds of heavy machinery working nearby. We handle a lot of technical work and provide various solutions for different kinds of equipment. The space inside is purely functional, with tools spread out on workbenches and wires running along the walls. It is not the kind of place you come to for a fancy meeting. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and trying to fix things that aren't working right. The air is often heavy with the smell of grease and metal. We have a small staff of technicians who are usually covered in dust by the end of the shift. Getting to our block in Phase 1 can be difficult because the roads are often blocked by large vehicles unloading goods. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten used to the fast pace of the industrial zone. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-job with a wrench or a multimeter in hand. It’s honest, hard work and we just focus on getting the tasks finished so we can move on to the next one. The office part is just a single desk with a computer and a lot of invoices piled up on it. We just keep the machines running and the paperwork sorted out as best as we can manage.
