We are over in West Patel Nagar at 934-A. New Delhi is a crowded place, and this area is no different. It’s always moving. We set up Us Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd here because it’s a spot we know well. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day. It’s mostly sitting at computers and figuring out problems that people have with their systems. It isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes we are here late into the night because a project needs to get finished. The office is just a regular room with enough space for our gear and a place to make coffee. We have neighbors who run all sorts of shops, so there is always noise from the street. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the work. People come to us when they have issues with their tech, and we try to sort it out. We’ve been in Patel Nagar for a while now and we like being part of the local mix. Sometimes the heat in Delhi gets to be a lot, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just technical support and solutions for whoever needs them. We take it one day at a time, keeping the files organized and making sure our clients are taken care of.
