Our office is over in Raja Park, specifically at number 2248. It is in the Rani Bagh area, near Shakur Basti. It is a busy part of Delhi-34, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Uni Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd is basically a small group of us who handle human resources stuff. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking through applications and talking to different companies. The office itself isn't anything special to look at. It has desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in CVs, but that is the nature of the job. Being in Rani Bagh means we are close to the market, so there is always good food around if you don't mind the crowds. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We just show up in the morning, do our work, and head home. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know our name even if they don't quite understand what HR is. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in, but mostly we are just busy with the daily grind. It is a honest day's work for us. No fancy slogans or anything, just people trying to help other people find employment through the stack of resumes we have.
