Tvrls

We are situated at 116A in the Paryavaran Complex in New Delhi. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually like. Tvrls is basically a place where we think about how people work and how they can do better in their jobs. We do a lot of training stuff and research into human resources and how organizations grow. It’s a lot of reading, writing, and sometimes holding sessions for different groups of people. The office in Paryavaran Complex is simple. We have bookshelves filled with old reports and some whiteboards that usually have some scribbles and ideas on them. We aren't a big, flashy firm with a lot of marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or have heard about us through word of mouth. It is a bit of a scholarly environment but without the usual stuffiness. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee throughout the day. The building itself is just a standard Delhi structure, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have visitors or students coming in, but we make do with the space we have. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just work together and try to figure out interesting ways to help people learn. It’s a practical, low-key way of doing things.
