We started Tulip Infratech a while back and we have our office over at the D.D.A. Flats in Madangir. It's a busy part of New Delhi but we like it here. We mainly deal with building stuff and developing projects from the ground up. Most of the time we are busy with site visits or talking to people about construction plans. The office in Dr. Ambedkar Nagar is where we do the paperwork and keep things organized. We are promoters and builders, so there is always some project going on or a site that needs looking after. It isn't always easy working in real estate here, there are a lot of rules and the weather sometimes messes with our timelines. But we keep at it. People come to us when they need a place built or want to talk about property development. We have a small team and we try to stay practical about what can be done. It's not a fancy corporate setup, just us working out of our flat space. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the blueprints and files everywhere. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the 32/1025 block. We spend most of our day coordinating with labor and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on things. We've been around the local area for a good bit now and know the neighborhood well.
