The office is tucked away in Badarpur, and if you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s always moving. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people on the phone about their businesses. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get here, but once we’re in, it’s all about the day’s tasks. There’s usually a lot of chatter in the room because everyone is trying to coordinate something or another. We don't have those fancy glass walls you see in some of those new Gurgaon offices. It's more of a practical setup where we can actually talk to each other without having to send an email for every little thing. The desks are covered in notebooks, old coffee mugs, and sticky notes. Lunch breaks are usually spent sharing food brought from home or grabbing something quick from the nearby stalls in the heat. It gets quite hot in the summers, but the fans keep us going. We deal with so many different types of products and companies that every day feels a bit different. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, especially when the deadlines are tight or a client is in a hurry. But that’s just the nature of the work we do here in this busy corner. We’re just a bunch of regular people working hard in Badarpur to keep things moving. No big promises or corporate talk, just the daily grind and making sure the information gets where it needs to go before we head home.
