Trackers Recruitment Firm is based out of a small office in Nanhey Park, over in Uttam Nagar. We’ve been at C-71 for a bit now, mostly just dealing with resumes and phone calls all day long. Finding work for people is harder than it looks on paper. You get all sorts of people walking in, some with a lot of experience and others who are just starting out and don't know what they want to do yet. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to companies and trying to see who is actually hiring. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the person we find does not show up for the interview, which is frustrating for everyone. The office in Delhi-59 is usually piled high with folders and printouts. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just notes we take while talking to people. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. The traffic around Uttam Nagar can be a nightmare, so we are used to people running a few minutes late. We just try to keep things moving and help folks find a steady paycheck. It is not glamorous work, sitting in a room looking at lists of names, but it is what we do. We know the local area well and try to stay on top of who needs staff for their business.
