We’re located over in West Sagarpur, specifically at RZ-93 M in Sankar Park. New Delhi is a huge place, but this little corner of it is where we spend all our time. The office is tucked away in a busy part of the neighborhood. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for the house numbers carefully. We focus on finding people for different types of work, so our days are full of interviews and looking over resumes. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't have any polished reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk to talk to you. The furniture is a bit old, but it works for us. We get a lot of people coming in from the nearby areas looking for opportunities. It can get quite loud with all the traffic from the main road nearby, but we’re used to it. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything; we just try to match the right person with the right task. It’s practical work. Most of our staff lives close by, so we’re a local bunch. We usually wrap things up by late evening and head home. It’s just a regular small business trying to do its part in this big city. We've been at this Sankar Park spot for a good long time now.
