Tmi First

Tmi First is tucked away in Sector 6 of Dwarka, inside the Katyayani Apartments. If you know New Delhi, you know how Dwarka feels—lots of blocks and similar-looking buildings. We are at Plot No 8, in flat 610. It’s more of a home setting than a cold office building, which we actually prefer. The lift in the apartments is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too many files. We have been in this spot for a bit, and the security guards at the gate know most of us by sight now. It is quiet inside the flat, far away from the honking on the main roads. We have a few desks set up near the windows so we can see the trees outside. During the summer, the Delhi heat hits hard, so the AC is always running. We don't do much marketing or anything like that; we just focus on the tasks we have on our table. Lunch usually happens together, and we often talk about the traffic or what’s happening in the news. It’s a small team, and it feels more like a family than a company. Sometimes we get visitors who get lost trying to find the right block, but we just guide them over the phone. Being in a residential area keeps things grounded and simple for us because it feels like a normal part of the neighborhood instead of a big business park.
