You can find us over at 76, Chandrika Colony in Sigra. Varanasi is a busy city, and Sigra is no different. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit now. Dealing with teletnet and communication stuff means there’s always something that needs fixing or setting up. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep it simple for everyone. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and equipment where the team gets together. Sometimes the internet acts up or a line goes down, and then it’s a rush to get things back to normal. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phones and trying to help out. We’ve lived in Uttar Pradesh for a long time, so we know how things work around here. The heat can be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary work. We see the same faces quite often and it’s nice to have that connection with the local area. We don't make big promises, we just try to do the job right the first time. If something goes wrong, we look at it and try to find a way to fix it without making a fuss. It’s just a daily process of checking wires and making sure everyone stays connected.
