Our office for Teletech Service India Pvt Ltd is at E 35 East End Enclave in Priya Darshani Vihar. It’s in East Delhi, which has its own kind of vibe. The office is just a regular building, nothing like the big glass towers you see in Gurgaon. We handle various services here, which involves a lot of coordination and phone work. The office is divided into a few small rooms. It’s not very spacious, especially when all of us are in at the same time. We have some old chairs and desks that have been with us since we started. We don't really care about having a polished look. We just want to make sure the work gets done. There is a small area where we keep our tea kettle and some snacks. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We’ve been here for a good number of years. Sometimes the rain causes issues with the local roads, but we manage to get in. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just show up, do the tasks assigned to us, and try to be helpful to whoever calls. It’s a very down-to-earth place. We are just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly in our little corner of Delhi.
