Telecalling

Our office is at Fc-77 on the ground floor in Shivaji Enclave. It’s a small place in New Delhi-27. As you can probably guess from the name, we spend most of our day on the phones. It can be quite loud in here when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the nature of the work. We handle calls for different things, mostly just helping people with information or taking down details. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s a ground floor space that’s easy to get in and out of. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the area know us. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there are always people moving around outside. We don't have a lot of furniture, just what we need to get the job done—mostly chairs, desks, and headsets. The staff is local, and we have a pretty simple way of doing things. There isn't a lot of management layers here. We just come in, do our shift, and go home. We don't try to sound more important than we are. It’s a basic service and we do it from this corner of Shivaji Enclave. It gets the job done and keeps us busy. We like being on the ground floor because it makes things feel a bit more connected to the street. It’s a practical setup for what we need to do every day.
