Our office is at F-3 in Shalimar Garden, which is over in Ghaziabad. If you know this part of the city, you know it can get pretty busy with everyone moving around. Technovation Placements Pvt.Ltd has been operating out of this flat for a while now. It’s not a big fancy building or anything, just a regular space where we sit and handle our daily tasks. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't acting right, but we manage. Most of the time, the room is filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking on their phones. We keep a water cooler in the corner and that's about as far as our amenities go. It gets quite warm in the summers, so the AC usually stays on all day long. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in and we get to work. It’s a practical setup for us. Outside, the street is usually lined with scooters and some cars, and there’s always someone selling something nearby. We like being in this part of Ghaziabad because it feels real. There’s no pressure to look like a big corporate firm here. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get through the pile of work. If you find yourself in Shalimar Garden, you’ve probably passed by our building without even noticing it. It’s just how we like it. We focus on the work.
