Teamlease Services

We are located at D-2 in NDSE Part 1. It’s a well-known area in Delhi, and we’ve been here for a while now. Teamlease Services is basically where we help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It sounds complicated, but it’s mostly just a lot of phone calls and paperwork. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at. We have desks and computers and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. The traffic around South Extension can be a nightmare, so we usually get in early to beat the rush. We see a lot of different people coming through our doors every day looking for a chance. Some are young kids just starting out, others have more experience and are looking for something better. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s a lot of matching people to what they’re good at. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy talk here. We just tell it like it is. If a job isn’t a good fit, we say so. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We eat lunch at the local spots nearby when we have the time. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re like a small family. We just keep doing what we do, trying to keep everyone busy. It’s a lot of work, but someone has to do it. We don't plan on moving anytime soon.
