We are located in Flat 36 at the Nishkam Apartments, which sits on Plot 23 in Pocket 6 of Nasirpur Road. It’s over in Dwarka, New Delhi. The office isn't anything like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up some desks and chairs to get our work done. Teamlease Services Pvt Ltd has been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up. Inside, things are pretty simple. We have our computers, a bunch of files that always seem to be piling up, and a small area where we keep the kettle. It’s not fancy, but it works for what we need to do every day. Most of us just focus on our tasks, and the noise from the street usually stays in the background unless there's a lot of honking. We don't have a big sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come to the door and ring the bell. It feels more like a small community than a corporate office. Sometimes the neighbors are out in the hallway chatting, and you can hear the sounds of families living nearby. We like it this way because it’s practical and honest. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home.
