Teamlease Services (P)Ltd. is tucked away at C-145 in the Golf View Appt. area of Saket. Being in a residential apartment complex makes the vibe a little different than a regular office tower. You can hear families living their lives nearby while we sit at our computers. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, though the parking can be a real headache sometimes. We have several rooms filled with desks where our staff handles all the service work. New Delhi is always moving fast but Saket feels a bit more settled. People come to us when they are looking for work or need help with staffing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails from different companies. The office has big windows but the view isn't actually of a golf course, just the other buildings and some trees. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and talk about our weekends. It’s a practical space. Nothing is very shiny or new, but the desks are sturdy and the internet works most of the time. We don't have a big reception desk with a logo. You just walk in and someone will probably look up from their screen to help you. It’s a straightforward place to work. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everyone gets their questions answered by the end of the day.
