Teamlease Services (P) Ltd has a branch here in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at J-73 on Street No-4. If you know Delhi, you know Laxmi Nagar is always buzzing with energy and a lot of traffic. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It’s not a huge place, just a functional office where we handle staffing and employment stuff. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the metro. We don’t have a big parking lot or anything, so most of us just use public transport to get here. Inside, it’s usually quite busy with people coming in to ask about jobs or to drop off their resumes. There is always a lot of chatter and the sound of keyboards. It’s not a quiet, polished corporate environment. It’s more of a practical, lived-in space where work happens at a fast pace. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We drink a lot of chai and try to get through the mountain of paperwork every day. It’s a very local way of doing business, right in the heart of a very busy neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and try to help people find work. It is often chaotic, but that is just the way it is here.
