You can find us on the third floor of A-258 in New Friends Colony. It’s a nice part of Delhi, fairly upscale but still has that local feel. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a view of the trees outside. It’s not a massive space, just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. We’re a small team, mostly focused on recruitment and staffing. It involves a lot of time on the computer and talking on the phone. We don't have any of those modern office features like bean bags or ping pong tables. We just have desks and some decent chairs. It’s a quiet place to work, which is nice. New Friends Colony is a good location because it’s easy for people to get to. We usually have our lunch at the desks or go down to one of the local spots if we have time. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers, but we try to keep it organized. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work done right. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at it for years. The elevator sometimes makes a weird clunking sound, so a lot of us just take the stairs. It’s good exercise anyway. The windows are large enough to let in some light. We’ve got a couple of potted plants that we keep forgetting to water. It’s a relaxed atmosphere.
