Our office is located at 28/78 in West Patel Nagar, here in New Delhi. It’s a standard neighborhood building. We handle a lot of leasing and staffing work. The phone is usually ringing off the hook. We have desks piled with folders because we haven't gone fully digital yet. It feels more real that way. West Patel Nagar is a lively area, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We don't have a professional cleaning crew every day, so we tidy up ourselves. It gives the place a lived-in feel. We’ve got a small area where we sit and eat lunch together. Most of us have been here for a few years. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If we can find a spot for someone, we do. If not, we keep looking. The building is a bit old but it’s sturdy. We like being centrally located in Delhi because it makes it easier for people to reach us. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s honest work and we like the people we deal with. The local market is right around the corner, which is handy for picking up office supplies. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a jar of instant. It works for us though. We keep things grounded and just do the work that comes our way each morning at Team Lease Pvt Ltd.
