It’s a bit different working from an apartment building, but it makes things feel more personal. We handle HR stuff like hiring, payroll, and all those things that keep employees and bosses on the same page. Greater Noida is still growing, so there's always someone new moving in or a new business starting up nearby. We stay busy. The view from the seventh floor is alright, even if it's just other buildings. We have our files organized and the computers stay busy. It’s not a cold, sterile office. You might hear the sounds of the apartment building while we're on the phone, like kids playing or someone moving furniture. We think it makes us more reachable. We aren't some big agency with branches everywhere. We just focus on the people who come to us here in Phi Ii. Managing people is tricky, so we try to keep things simple and honest.
