Tata Indicom

We operate out of Yamuna Vihara, which is a lively spot in Delhi. It is one of those places where you always see something happening on the street. Our office is set up to handle all the walk-ins and the service requests that come with being part of a network like Tata Indicom. But here on the ground, it is just us. The space is filled with mobile phones, connection forms, and technical tools. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in with issues or just want a new connection. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the day, but we try to get through everyone as fast as we can. The air is often thick with the sound of traffic and the general hum of the market nearby. We don't have a lot of space for lounging around. Most of the room is taken up by the counter and the chairs for customers. It is a practical environment where the focus is on fixing things and getting people back on their way. We have been in Yamuna Vihara long enough to know the regular faces. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet lags, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the area does. It is just a normal local shop where we put in our hours and try to keep things moving along.
