Tata Indicom

This Tata Indicom spot is over in West Sagarpur, specifically at Rz-A-57/350 in Jagdamba Vihar. It’s a local place. You won’t find any big shiny signs here. It’s more of a neighborhood shop where people come in when they have problems with their phones or their connections. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi-46 for a good while. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment and spare parts lying around. It’s just how it is. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. Most of the time, we are just busy helping whoever walks through the door. It gets dusty because of the road outside, so we are always wiping down the counters. We aren't some big corporate headquarters. We are just the people you talk to when something isn't working right. The street outside is always busy with cycles and people walking. We know most of the neighbors by now. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s a very normal, local way of running things. We don't have any scripted speeches. We just listen to what’s wrong and try to fix it. It’s practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. We just stay here and keep the lines running for the folks around here. It keeps us busy enough throughout the day and the neighbors know us.
