Tata Aig Life Insurance

We are the Delhi team for Tata Aig Life Insurance. While the name is big, our work here in Delhi is pretty grounded. We spend a lot of time meeting people in their homes or at tea shops to talk about insurance. It’s not always the most exciting topic, but it’s something people need. We don't have one single massive building everyone goes to; we are spread out, working across the neighborhoods. Most of us have been in Delhi our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with fine print. We just explain how it works. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of paperwork, and the rules change, but we just keep up with it. It’s a job that requires patience. We aren't here to push things people don't want. We just listen to what someone is worried about and see if there’s a plan that fits. Being based in Delhi means we are always on the move. There’s no fancy office with our name in big letters. Instead, we are out on scooters or walking through the lanes of Old Delhi and the south. We've seen it all. We are just people who understand that life is unpredictable. We aren't salespeople who disappear once the paperwork is signed. We try to be there when things go wrong. It’s a lot of responsibility, and we don't take it lightly. We just keep doing what we do.
