We are Tanya Builders Pvt Ltd and you can find us in Jhilmil Colony at B-13. Our office is on the first floor, right near Vivek Vihar and across from where the Monday Market happens. Being near the market means it gets really crowded and loud on Mondays, but we’re used to it. We work on building projects around the city. It’s mostly about managing sites, getting materials, and making sure the crews are doing what they should. Construction is messy and there is always something that needs fixing or changing at the last minute. Our office is where we keep all the blueprints and plans. There's usually dust on the files because we are always coming in from construction sites. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a practical space where we can meet and talk about the next steps for a project. We’ve been in Jhilmil for a while and people around here know us. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. It’s hard work and the weather in Delhi doesn't always help. When it's too hot or raining, things slow down, but we push through. We don't talk much about "vision" or anything like that. We just look at the drawings and try to build things that stay standing. It's plain and simple.
