Talent India is based out of House No-221 in Indra Colony. We are in the Sahibabad area of Gaziabad. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have been at this address for quite a long time now. People around Indra Colony know the house. We focus on finding talented people for different kinds of roles. It’s a lot of talking and checking references. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us sitting at our desks with piles of folders. Sahibabad is a busy place with a lot of industries nearby. That helps us stay connected to what is happening. We are just a local operation. We don't have any big slogans or corporate goals. We just wake up, come to the office at House No-221, and start our work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit loud, but we don’t mind. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We know the streets of Gaziabad well. Most of us live not too far from here. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of matching people with the right work. It’s simple, honest work that we have been doing for years.
