Talent Corner Hr Services is located down in the lower ground floor at 22/40 in Chittaranjan Park. If you know CR Park, you know it’s a place with a lot of character and some of the best food in New Delhi. Our office is a simple space, nothing too flashy at all. We focus on HR stuff, which basically means we spend our time talking to people about their careers and helping companies find the right staff. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of interviewing. Some days are just back-to-back meetings where we try to understand what people are really looking for in a job. We don't use a lot of big HR buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small team trying to do a good job in a great neighborhood. The office is usually pretty quiet until the phone starts ringing, and then it doesn't stop for hours. We like being in this part of town. It feels more like a community than a cold business district. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the rhythm of the place. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just use our common sense and try to be fair to everyone we deal with. It’s practical, honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it right here in South Delhi. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
