We are T & E Security Services Pvt. Ltd., and you can find our office at B-53 on the second floor of Vadav Market. This is in Sector 7 of Rohini, which is usually a pretty busy area. Being on the second floor means we can see a bit of what’s going on in the market below. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to guards and setting up rotas for different sites. It isn't a very complicated business, but it requires staying organized. We don't use any fancy software; mostly we just use notebooks and a few computers. People from around Rohini often stop by to ask about our services. We tell them how it is without any sales talk. If we have people available, we help them out. If not, we tell them that too. The market gets loud in the evenings, but we’re usually wrapping things up by then. We try to keep a small, manageable team so we know everyone personally. It helps to know who you are sending out to a job. We’ve had some ups and downs like any other small business, but we’re still here. It’s just us, working out of a market office and trying to do a decent job for the local community. We don't have any big corporate plans to expand. We just like it here in Rohini where we know the streets and the people.
