Our office for Shaurya Ex Servicemen Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Aggarwal Shopping Centre in Pitampura. We are in unit 303Cd on the third floor. Since many of us are former military, we tend to keep things pretty straightforward and orderly around here. The shopping centre is usually full of people, so there is always something going on outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us coordinating the security staff for various locations. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or checking the duty rosters. It’s a lot of management work, making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. The office is filled with the usual stuff like old coffee mugs and stacks of paper. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on providing guards who know how to do their job properly. Pitampura is a good area for us because it’s easy for people to find. We aren't interested in being some giant company with a thousand employees we don't know. We like knowing the people who work for us and talking to them when they come in. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle the scheduling, deal with the occasional problems that pop up, and keep things moving. It is just how we operate every day. There is no need for anything fancy when you are just trying to keep things secure.
