Delight Security Organisation

Delight Security Organisation is run from the first floor at 56A in Bawana. Bawana is a huge industrial hub, so there is always a lot of demand for guards and people to watch over the factories and warehouses. Our head office is right in the middle of all that activity. It gets quite hot in the summer because of all the concrete and the industrial heat, but we stay busy. We have a lot of men on our rolls, and keeping track of their schedules and their pay is what takes up most of our time. We are not a corporate giant; we are just a local group that knows how to find reliable people for guarding jobs. On the first floor, we have a clear view of the street, and we can see the workers heading to their shifts every morning. We do a lot of walking around to check on the sites nearby. It is a lot of paperwork and manual entry into our books. Sometimes we have to settle disputes or find a replacement guard at the last minute because someone got sick. It is a hands-on kind of business where you cannot just sit behind a desk all day. We have been part of the Bawana landscape for a while, and we just focus on providing the guards that the local businesses need.
