New Group Four Security Placement Services Pvt.Ltd. is based out of our small office on Kanjhawala Road in Bawna. We’ve been at Office Number 5 for a while now, and it’s a pretty busy spot most days. It is usually just us sitting here handling phone calls and talking to people who come in looking for work as security guards. Bawna can be a bit chaotic with all the traffic and people moving around, but we like it here. We spend a lot of time doing paperwork and making sure the placements are going okay. It’s not a fancy setup, just a few desks and a lot of registers. We try to keep things simple. People walk in, we see if they’re a good fit for the jobs we have open, and we go from there. There isn't any big corporate philosophy here. We just want to make sure the guys get to their shifts on time and the clients are happy enough. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else. It’s a regular local business. We focus on the day-to-day stuff like scheduling and making sure the files are updated. If you’re ever near Kanjhawala Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s a basic place, but we get the job done without making a big fuss about it. We have been doing this for a long time and it is just our way of earning a living.
