Synergy Consultants Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Munirka at 113D/2. If you’ve ever been to Munirka, you know it’s a maze of lanes and small buildings, mostly filled with students and people working nearby. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. The walls are painted a pale cream color that’s started to fade a bit near the light switches. We’ve got a lot of books and folders stacked up on the shelves because we tend to keep everything. The noise from the street is constant—bikes zooming past and people talking—but after a few days, you just stop noticing it. We don't have a big reception area or a fancy sign, just a small nameplate by the door. Most days involve a lot of reading and talking through projects at the big table in the center room. The lighting is a bit yellow, which makes the place feel warm in the evenings. We usually take turns going out to get snacks from the local market around the corner. It’s a practical space for the kind of work we do. Nothing is overly polished here; we just focus on getting through the tasks on our lists. Being in Munirka keeps us busy, and the energy of the area definitely rubs off on the office atmosphere.
