Symbiosis Management Consultant is based at 16-Keshav Nagar on Sitapur Road in Lucknow. Being in Lucknow gives our business a different feel than the big cities like Delhi. It’s a bit more relaxed here, but we still work hard. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle management consulting tasks. Mostly that means helping businesses figure out their staffing and how to manage their people better. We aren't trying to be fancy or use a lot of big words. We just talk to the business owners and find out what they are struggling with. Usually, it comes down to needing the right people in the right spots. We spend our days looking through applications and talking to folks who are looking for work in the area. Sitapur Road is a busy stretch and we’ve been here at number 16 for some time now. We know the local market and the kind of people who live and work around here. Our team is small and we don't have any corporate hierarchy to worry about. We just sit together and get through the day’s tasks. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we have time to catch up on all the paperwork. It’s a practical, local business. We just want to help the companies here in Lucknow find the staff they need to keep growing. It’s what we know how to do and we enjoy the work.
