Super Placement Services

Our office is at 248 Maharani Road in Gaya. It’s right near the New Godown area, so it’s always busy around here with trucks and people moving things. Super Placement Services is basically just a few of us trying to help people find jobs. It’s not a big corporate place. We’ve got some old desks and a lot of paper files. People walk in off the street asking for work, and we see what we can do. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit and talk until it comes back. It gets pretty dusty because the road is always under some kind of repair. We aren't fancy. We don't use a lot of technology, just the basics like a phone and a computer that’s a bit slow. We’ve been here in Bihar for a while and know how hard it can be to find a decent job. We don't make any big promises. We just look at the resumes and call the companies we know. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning to evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the entries for the day. There is a tea stall just around the corner where we get our snacks. It’s a regular life. We don't have a big mission or anything like that. We just want to help folks find a way to earn a living.
